Thank you for choosing HPW Cards Inc. This No Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made through our online platform and physical store. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
All sales are final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or discretionary reasons. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
DUTIES – TAXES - CUSTOM
All USA shipments are now subject to duties and taxes.
HPW Cards is not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes and fees incurred during transportation. All invoices will have the accurate amount and currency stated.
HPW Cards will also not be held responsible or liable if a package is opened for inspection by customers or border services. If a package is damaged during this process, it will not qualify for a reimbursement.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
HPW Cards does NOT accept return for items, unless the customer receives an incorrect item.
HPW Cards does NOT provide refunds or exchanges for shipped TCG sealed products. Products that have cosmetic issues (Small Tears, Scuffs and Loosing Shrink Wrap) are not considered damaged or a defect . If you are a sealed collector, please email us immediately after placing your order if you’d like pictures. Once a sealed product is shipped, all sales are final. On NON TCG sealed products, returns will be dealt with on an order-by-order case.
HPW Cards will not ship a damaged product unless stated on the product listing for discounted product. Should you receive a damage product, a note should be made to the courier if possible and pictures taken of the damage box BEFORE opening it. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the damaged product and return the package as per our instructions within 3 days.
HPW Cards RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT APPROVAL. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND AND A NOTIFICATION EMAIL.
SHIPPING
HPW Cards offers free tracked shipping for all order over $300. This does not include any orders where Store Credit or VIP rewards are used to bring it under the $300 threshold.
Shipping time estimate provided during Checkout does NOT include order processing times. This is only an estimate of the transit time by the courier and is not a guaranteed by HPW Cards. There is no refund or reimbursements provided as courier delays are out of our control.
HPW Cards will not be liable for any stolen packages. A claim will be submitted on your behalf to the courier and only if and when a ruling comes back in our favor will a refund or reimbursement be issued.
Bubble Mailers are shipped UNINSURED and NOT tracked, HPW Cards is not liable for any lost package if this shipping method is chosen.
PROCESSING TIMES
Our current processing times for orders is 0-2 business days after your order is placed. Singles orders containing 30 cards or more will have a processing time of 0-3 business days. These are just rough guidelines as we always make sure we do our best to prepare or ship your order as quickly as possible!
Order adjustments must be made as quickly as possible, our team may be unable to respond to and process order adjustment request before it’s shipped. In such case, we will be unable to make any adjustments.

HIGH VALUE ORDER
Orders over $750 may be subject to a ID and Credit Card verification before processing.
